A talk program with Ms. Dipa Acharya Adhikari, Human Rights Officer at National Human Rights Commiss

Ms. Dipa Acharya Adhikari, Human Rights Officer at National Human Rights Commission, had a talk program with Grade IX and X students. Ms. Adhikari firstly underlined the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UDHR articles. Secondly, she related Nepal's constitutional provisions on the child rights and duties and connected them to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
